Loans are fully in one's interest if you can afford the money yearly then no loans required and if not then loans are required.
Course fees are INR 80,000 per year. And there is no scholarship option from the college. But a student may get a scholarship by registering on national scholarship. And most of the minorities get a scholarship from national scholarship. But there is no option of scholarship from the college. Yes, many of students whose parents are not able to pay the fees loan and they can be taken easily from any bank.
Fees during my time were INR 80000 a year. I hear it has been reduced a bit. Scholarships are not provided by the college. There other scholarships that are available from the government or other organizations which can help pay the tuition fees. If loans are required, they are available from most banks. I know of people who got loans from PNB, Axis, SBI, etc.
The course fee is around INR 4 lakhs for 2016-2020 batch. Mainly resident of West Bengal gets the scholarship.
My course fee is INR 85,000 per annum. Scholarship option is available for the students.
