Additional Details:
Eligibility Criteria for LLM:
- Master of Laws – LLM (1 year) (Regular) has CET Code is 112.
- Master of Law -LLMW (2 years)(Weekend) has CET Code is 181.
- CET will be conducted for LLM but no CET will be conducted for LLMW.
- Eligibility for LLM:
- LL.B Degree or an equivalent Law Degree from a Foreign University, with not less than 50% marks.
- Eligibility for LLMW:
- LL.B Degree or an equivalent Law Degree from a Foreign University with one year experience in Law.
- LLM CET Exam Pattern is:
i. General Knowledge (including the English Language)- (20%)
ii. Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Law of Torts, Criminal Law, Commercial Law &
Family Law- (30%)
iii. Public International Law, Human Rights Law and Environment Law- (30%)
iv. Current Trends in Law- (20%)
Admission Procedure:
- LLMW Admission Procedure:
Admission to be made on the basis of a merit list prepared as follows:
i. Non-CET mode on the basis of performance in the qualifying examination – 50%
ii. Interview – 30% iii. Year - wise Professional Experience – 20%.
- Offline Counselling will be conducted for both LLM and LLMW.
