1. IIM Raipur 

IIM Raipur is a public business school established in 2010. This is the 10th Indian Institute of Management built by the government of India. The programs IIM-R offers are PGP, e-PGP, MB, Executive MBA, FMP, PGPMWE and EFPM. The director of the institution is Ram Kumar Kakani and the chairperson is Shymala Gopinath. 2. IIM Rohtak 

IIM Rohtak was established in 2009, in Rohtak, Haryana. It offers mainly four main courses, an Integrated Programme in Management, a Post-Graduate Programme in Management, an Executive Post Graduate Program and a Doctoral Programme in Management. The director of the institution is Dheeraj Sharma.

3. IIM Udaipur 

IIM Udaipur is a public graduate business school, established in 2011 and remains an autonomous body of education centre. The director of the institution is Janat Shah and the chairperson is Pankaj Patel. 4. IIM Kashipur 

IIM Kashipur is a public business school, established in 2011 in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. Student events such as Agnitraya, Coalescence, and Uttishtha help students to interact amongst themselves and inculcate leadership skills. The director and the chairperson of the institution are Kulbhushan Balooni and Sandeep Singh respectively.

5. IIM Trichy

IIM Trichy is located in Tiruchurapalli, Tamil Nadu and was established in 2011. It was the 11th IIM institution in India. This college is known for it's integrated MBA program for 5 years. The chairperson and director are Jalaj Dani and Pawan Kumar Singh respectively. Dhruva is a cultural and management fest held in the second half of the month of October which is considered as one of the biggest events in IIM Trichy.

6. IIM Ranchi

IIM Ranchi was established on December 15, 2009, in Ranchi, Jharkhand. The institution is a central government-owned college. It offers courses to students such as MBA, PhD, Fellowship and integrated MBA. The chairperson is Pravin Shankar Pandya and the director is Shailendra Singh.

7. IIM Shillong

IIM Shillong was established in the year 2008. Mr Shishir Bajoria and Prof. D.P. Goyal are the chairperson and the director of the institution respectively. IIM Visakhapatnam was established in 2015 and it is a public business school managed by the Central Government of India. The director and chairperson of the institution are Shri Hari S Bhartia and Chandrasekhar M respectively.

9. IIM Jammu 

IIM Jammu is an autonomous business school established in the year 2016. The institution offers courses to students such as the MBA, PGP and the FDP. The chairperson is Mr. Milind Pralhad Kamble and the director is Mr. B.S. Sahay.

10. IIM Nagpur

IIM Sirmaur is an autonomous public institution managed and governed by the Central Government of India. The institution was established in 2015 and the courses offered are PGP, MBA and PhD. The director is Dr Prafulla Agnihotri and the chairperson is Mr. Ajay S. Shriram.

Admission Process for New IIMs in India 2024

The IIM admission process includes a few processes. The Common Admission Process (CAP) 2024 Rules for admission to MBA/PGDM 2024-25 are:

• IIMs will educate a shortlist based on their shortlisting criteria. These shortlists will be combined for further processing by the coordinating IIM. All the IIMs participating in the CAP 2024 process have the same shortlisting criteria.
• From the collective list, candidates will be called for the New IIMs Common Admission Process comprising a Common Personal Interview & Written Analysis Test (PI & WAT).
• Invitations for modification of CAP centre 2024 for PI & WAT have to reach the admission cell with the e-mail ID of CAP coordinating IIM on or before the last date. These requests will be accommodated solely at the discretion of CAP conducting IIM and will be communicated to candidates.
• Each IIM will take the PI & WAT score of the candidates shortlisted and combine it with other scores-CAT 2024 score, profile score, and any other score to make their merit list to make final admission offers to the candidates.
• The new IIMs only conduct PI and WAT.
• Each IIM will arrive at a final list of candidates using its selection criteria.
• Candidates are also informed that following the CAP 2024, WAT & PI process is compulsory for all the shortlisted candidates.

Documents Required for Admission into New IIMs

The new IIM admission process required a few important documents to be submitted during the admission process. However, candidates who complete the entrance exams must be ready with the scorecard. Therefore, keep the following documents in hand before filling out the registration form:

• Soft copy of the Photograph

• Photo Identity Card Document
• CAT 2021 Score Card
