IIM Nagpur has managed to place all 236 students during the 2023 placements. The IIM Nagpur average package has increased by 10.06% and reached an all-time high of INR 16.74 LPA in 2023. Similarly, the IIM Nagpur median package increased to INR 16.85 LPA, a hike of 9.27%.

The step-by-step process of conducting IIM Nagpur placements is listed below.

• Interested companies are requested to share details regarding roles offered at least a week before the placement season's commencement.
• Interested students then apply for positions and companies they are interested in.
• Applications are shared with respective companies for shortlisting.
• Pre-Placement Tasks (PPTs) are organised by companies prior to the selection process. This allows the company and students to interact and exchange information.
