Very good hostels, separate buildings for separate departments. Hostel fees vary from your choice of hostel. Food is very good. Quality of classrooms is also very good, a big library and a very big dining hall.

The eligibility criteria for admission is taking SRMJEE exam and then you will be provided with the suitable branches according to your rank. If you are the state topper or rank under 100 in SRMJEE exam, then you will get a 100% scholarship. Cutoffs vary year to year but to take CSE branch in less tuition fee, you need to secure a rank within 10,000. Above which the tuition fee is increased by 1 lakh. Same goes with the other branches also but the parting rank is 25000.

The class timings are from 8 to 5. There will be free slots for lunch and extracurricular activities also. Quality of teaching is okay. After all your result totally depends on your seriousness. The overall experience is fine. The campus has everything that is needed by the students.
