I didn't do any internship yet. The companies which come here is TCS, Accenture, Microsoft comes here. IEM has 100% placement cell. Average package for cse is INR 5-6 lacks per annum.
There is less number of hostels. Quality of overall college is good.
The eligibility criteria to get admission to IEM College Kolkata is PCM u should have at least 50% and you can take admission through via given exam of WBJEE or via JEE MAIN ranks.
Class timing 9 am to 4 pm. There are a lot of projects given to enhance your skills and also some assignment given for knowing the topics. Quality of teaching is awesome, well-qualified teachers taught us. Experience is good a lot of things to learn and know about.
Fees per year is like INR 120000. There is no scholarship given. Yes, loans are available.
There is a lot of clubs like music, dancing, sports and technology, etc, the main fest is tech fest. We compete with all over colleges in India. There is no college life a lot of restrictions.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : One has to give the WBJEE exam to get admission in this college and to have scored a rank up to 7500.generally cutoffs differ from time to time.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The entrance exam accepted are Wbjee, IemJee and also jee(mains). The college also rakes admission through management quota. The eligibility criteria vary from year to year but the person must have a minimum of 60 in PCM. The cutoff for WBJEE is around 5000 rank through which I got into IEM.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : The eligibility criteria is we have to get atleast 70% average marks in +12 level exam... This college takes there student through west bengal joint interance examination or JEE MAIN. For WBJEE you have to rank above 4500 for your admission .. and JEE MAIN you have to rank above 60000. Some management quota is also available here.
