Entrance Exams and Admissions
A candidate with 55% marks in Post Graduation was eligible to the course. The admission process was done through entrance examination and then the qualified candidates had to present a research proposal of their choice from the thrust areas of the department and had to face the interview. There was a Ph.D. Entrance Test (PET), a multiple choice question paper of 100 MCQs. The candidate who gets 45 points out of 100 was shortlisted for the presentation and interview.
