- The placement opportunities are excellent.
- Approx 7500 students get placed every year.
- Companies like Wipro, IBM, etc visit the campus to hire students.
- The minimum salary is 25,000.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are many hostels for both men and women.
- The hostel fee is 90,000/- per year which includes the mess fee as well.
- The quality of food was very good and cost 40-60/- per meal.
- The quality of classrooms and labs were very good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The qualification for BCA is that the student must have more than 80% in the PCM stream.
- There is no entrance exam.
- The students who score above 80% are selected after the counseling procedure.
Academics and Faculty
- The classes are from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- The students are given assignments for internal and are to bee done before the CAT examinations.
- The quality of teaching is very good.
- The overall experience is good.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee is 45,000/- per year.
- Merit scholarships are awarded to the top 10 rank holders for each semester.
- Loans are available to students who come from a poor background.
Clubs and Associations
- There are many clubs are there in VIT like Junior red cross, Sports club, Dance club, Spartan Club, literary association, Dance club, Sports club.
- The celebrate all festivals well. They celebrate, Diwali, Pongal, Holi etc.
