many companies come to recruit us. major recruiter is TCS IBM INFOSYS WIPRO HP MU-SIGMA etc.
placements is good but major recruiter is IT firms.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
our college is situated in salt lake sec-5 Kolkata.
one of the best location in kolkata. though it do not have a big campus like jadavpur n Besu but it doesnot not mean we have small campus.college has enough space including common room gaming room football ground swimmimg pool badminton court etc. classes are air conditioned and even labs are air conditioned.
wifi connection is there but frankly very slow.
Academics and Faculty
Academics is quite good. Teachers are well trained and classes are enjoyable, though initially i faced some problem with bengali tone but classes are totally in ENGLISH so no issues. Branches like CSE,IT,ECE are one of the best branch in our college. Techno India Salt Lake rank one of the top colleges for B.tech after jadavpur university and B.E.S.U.
Quality of teaching is very impressive and classes are held regularly and faculty is extremely serious about studies.
Fees and Scholarships
college fees is 35000-40000 per semester and college also has a category for tution fee waiver (90 % fees discount)
almost every bank gives loan for the college and on campus PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK is also available if needed.
Clubs and Associations
campus life is what it makes me feel good in the college. Two major groups are there GEEKONIX (science club) ANAKHRONOS (cultural group).
under Geekonix we have several other clubs for photography, gaming , robotics , coding etc. our college hold Biggest TechFest in Kolkata and second largest techfest in whole West bengal i.e EDGE. Celebraties like CHETAN BHAGAT,Durjoy Dutta,Kumar Viswas have visited this tech fest.
n even culturally Anakhronos is one of the biggest cultural fest in kolkata n various artists like KK,Mohit Chauhan,Arijit Singh,Ash king etc have performed in our college.

Academics & Faculty : Our class timing in first year is from 9.30am-4pm.We have practicals almost everyday. Faculty is very good in IT. Computer subjects are taught by fabulous teachers. Overall experience in 1st year is good.
