Placements and Internships
- Many companies do visit Delhi Technological University campus every year to offer internships with a stipend ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month.
- Key companies are Texas Instruments, PayTm, Qualcomm, Samsung, Amazon, Adobe etc which offer various roles like software developers, hardware engineer, Developer etc.
- Average package is around Rs. 6 Lakh PA.
- The highest package is Rs. 27 Lakh PA which can be extended depending upon your caliber.
- Almost 90% of the batch gets placed every year from DTU.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There are around 10 hostels present in Delhi Technological University campus which help the students very much academically.
- There are many PGs outside the campus costing around Rs. 7,000 per month with food included.
- The campus is fully equipped with Wi-Fi facility. Every student gets his own Login ID and Password.
- Classrooms and library are equipped with air conditioners and are good.
Academics and Faculty
- Classes at Delhi Technological University are generally starting from 9 am - 5 pm with a 1-hour break for lunch.
- One Mid-Semester and One End-Semester Examination is held every semester.
- Projects are to submitted from third year onwards.
- Quality and Teaching method is somewhat mixed. I think IP university professors teach better than here.
- Overall college experience is Good.
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee at Delhi Technological University is around Rs. 1,20,000 for the first years which will increase every year.
- You can apply for any scholarship provided by the Central/State Government and there is also a provision for Fees Concession for the Financially Weaker people.
- About 100 students every year avail fee concession and 500-600 students avail the scholarships provided by the government.
- Loans are easily available from the SBI present in the Campus.
Clubs and Associations
- There is a society for almost every branch to engage students in both academic and extracurricular activities at Delhi Technological University.
- Management, tech, sports and cultural festivals are organized every year.
- The life in college is good in general.

Academics & Faculty : Classes usually begin at 9 am with 1 hr lectures usually tend to be effective for around 30-40 mins. Good professors will give assignments, but there are only few good professors. If you score well in mid-sems (limited syllabus - 20 mks), it will ease up the pressure during end-sems. You get ample free time to engage in various college activites (sports, various clubs, competitions etc), excellent canteen. DTU is worthy of being called a college and not an extended school.
Fees & Scholarships : My course fee is Rs 75000 Per annum. Scholarships are available for reserved categories, Branch toppers and also to people who are below a certain income level.
College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : DCE had a great infrastructure. The campus was new at that time and the hostels were nice too.
