Placements and Internships
- The placement department in Maharashtra Institute of Technology is very active and has long-term contracts with some good companies but due to bad faculty, most of the students are not eligible for the placements. Those who are eligible do get placed.
Academics and Faculty
- Academics is good at Maharashtra Institute of Technology but the faculty is not so good. Most of them are under-qualified to be a teacher at high school. My department did not have even a single professor who had Industrial experience.
Clubs and Associations
- The SAE and ASME Collegiate branches are very active at Maharashtra Institute of Technology. They participate in the various event all over India and also organize their own technical competitions.
