Placements and Internships
- There are several companies which provide internships to deserving students but mostly for the internship we are only responsible.
- Many companies visit every year for placement and Amity does have some great placement record claiming 100% placement to students.
- In engineering, the CS,IT company that come for recruitment are typically higher than any other branch, but still, there are many companies in which all stream students are allowed to sit and avail the opportunity. Even Microsoft visits the campus.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- College infrastructure is really great like if compare it with any other college in Delhi/NCR , I believe this happens to be the best. With many buildings, greenery, it has a beautiful campus which leaves the student in awe sometimes. Every kind of meal is available in the college, you name and you will find it in one or the other cafe. AC centralized buildings.
- It has its very own L'oreal salon in college itself, stationary shop, departmental store. Huge hangout area with pool tables and bowling and gaming available in day time. Huge playground with all the sports available. Even has its own gym . Cafe in every building and photocopy shops available. Yoga is also taught.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- Eligibility criteria are mostly same for all courses and it is quite low and everyone can get an admission in this college if you do good in the process.
- The admission procedure earlier was same for all courses, a written test that included an essay, followed by the PI which is taken by 2 faculties. Now the admission process is changed for engineering students, They have their very own JEE and based on it students are segregated in different campuses. The result is declared in a week on the portal.
Academics and Faculty
- Classes happen on daily basis and there is a strict line on 75% attendance. The student has to maintain 75% percent attendance in all subjects. There are projectors installed in each and every classroom for easier teaching and better explanation. One will find all types of faculties in the college, there are some who are very friendly and there are some who are really strict, it is just your luck who yours happen to be.
Fees and Scholarships
- Well, fees is actually a bit much as it is a private university but it is a non-profit university means there is no bribe system. Anyone who has more than 85% is eligible for the scholarship and if he maintains the CGPA then the scholarship continues.
Clubs and Associations
- Life in college, in general, is really nice, just there are many many classes. we have a 3-day youth fest. And each and every festival is celebrated for hostlers on campus. Clubs are formed for every activity.

Academics & Faculty : There’s a mixture of average and good faculties at Amity. Some are very senior professors who’ve tremendous experience in teaching and research. The teachers for professional courses are among the better ones while those for Arts, science and commerce don’t seem to be that good, especially when compared with DU colleges. But above all, they’re all very friendly with the students and are always eager to help them out with their doubts.
Academics & Faculty : The teachers are experienced, they try to teach the students in a very understandable manner not only the bookish language. Every student is provided with a user id and a password so that they get to know about their day to day curriculum.
