- BITS Pilani comes in the list of one of the most beautiful campuses in India.
- There are 9 hostels overall.
- Food and accommodations are great.
- Recently, New academic block is build which has airconditioned classrooms.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criteria are to have atleast 75% in PCM.
- I took BITSAT as the entrance examination to get into BITS Pilani.
- At my time, the typical cutoff was around 317.
- Usually, it is around 315 to 325.
Academics and Faculty
- The best thing about BITS is we make our own timetable.
- The class usually starts from 8am depending on the student.
- The quality and method of teaching both are awesome at BITS Pilani.
- I have excellent experience overall
Fees and Scholarships
- The course fee is around Rs 1 lakh per semester excluding Mess and Hostel fees.
- There is a merit scholarship as well as MCN scholarship option.
- Students with annual income less than Rs 5.5 lakhs per annum can apply for MCN at BITS Pilani.
- Yes, loans are needed for some people. I took from SBI bank.
Clubs and Associations
- There are many student societies, clubs and departments in the college.
- The life is full of fun and talent here.
- Main festivals on campus are BOSM- sports fest, Oasis- cultural fest and Apogee- technical fest.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : For getting into BITS, a student is required to sit for BITSAT which is an online test conducted in the month of May. It is required for the student to score minimum 75% score in his/her 12th standard, with a minimum of 65% in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology and English. The cutoff generally ranges from 290-300 to B.E. For B.Pharm., it is around 225.
