NID DAT Exam Admit Card 2026
The NID DAT Admit Card 2026 for Prelims for B.Des and M.Des is available on the official website on December 11, 2025. The NID DAT Mains Admit Card for B.Des is expected to be released in the second week of April 2026, and for M.Des in the last week of February 2026. The admit card will be available online, with no paper copies being given to candidates.
NID DAT Exam Result 2026
The NID DAT Prelims Result 2026 for B.Des is scheduled to be released in the first week of April 2026 or the last week of March 2026, while the NID DAT Prelims Result 2026 for M.Des is expected to be released in the third week of February. The NID DAT Rechecking window opens, displaying the results for B.Des and M.Des.
NID Mains Result B.Des and M.Des 2026: The National Institute of Design is set to issue the B. Des Mains Result in the third week of May 2026, around 4 p.m. The results are published on the official website.
M.Des Final results will be announced in the first week of May 2026. The Rechecking window opens when the NID Final Result is declared. The M.Des seat allocation process, known as Round 1, typically begins on the day of the results. Seats will be assigned to shortlisted candidates based on merit, seat availability, and discipline preferences submitted during the NID application.
Allotment will be done in the order of merit within each category. The deadline for paying the non-refundable token price and submitting relevant documentation is likewise expected in the first week of May, 2026.

NID DAT Conselling 2026
The National Institute of Design is slated to begin the NID B.Des Seat Allotment Rounds in the last week of May 2026 for the B.Des Programme and in the first week of May 2026 for the M.Des Programme.
