College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities

5

  • All CIC students have some percentage of seats reserved in all the DU hostels for girls and boys both and the fees is Rs 5000 per month.
  • PG and flats are also available easily and nominal prices in a radius of 2km .
  • Food is good at very nominal prices but the one will not find much variety.
  • Excellent Quality of Classrooms, labs and libraries (one has access to central library of DU)  and Air conditioned canteen and very good wi-fi speed, this college is known for its outstanding infrastructure.

Academics and Faculty

4

  • The normal class timings are from 9am - 5pm and we have 6 subjects every semester in which we have to do the projects for every subject. Our curriculum is based on continous evaluation that means surprise test , assignments on regular basis keeping you busy all day long.
  • Quality of teaching is good , young and doctrate teachers following a pattern of guidance and mentorship instead of spoon feeding which makes you more responsible.
  • Unlike other colleges this college has more of a department and research atmosphere which makes my experience is bit different and great.

Fees and Scholarships

5

  • The most affordable college in our country giving you an engineering degree with only Rs 10,000/- per year.
  • One can ask for scholarship or fees wave off if you have some famly issues but paying this much fees isn't a burden to any family.
  • No such requirements of loans instead college provides you with HP laptops for 4 years with AC infrastructure and 24x7 wifi facility. what else do you expect in 10k.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Eligibility criteria for taking admission in Cluster Innovation Center(CIC) is just the basic entrance exam test which comprises of basic general knowledge questions. When I got admission in CIC the admission procedure was in this way: First, there was an entrance test that consisted of basic general knowledge questions. The candidates who made it to the shortlisting criteria of the CIC made it to the interview level. There was an interactive interview session of the candidate which included basic questions about the candidate - his/her interests, why s/he wants to join the particular course. In this way I got admission.
