The student can also pay the cash at the institute.
Date of the interview will be announced to the candidate after shortlisting the applications.
The selection procedure at the Mangalore Marine College and Technology is purely merit-based.
Students are evaluated based on their academic performance and the scores obtained in the entrance examination.
The candidates must clear the KEA-CET and #comedk-uget if they want to join the institute through government quota.
The institute conducts the Aptitude test, IQ, Reasoning, and Psychometric tests for the students applying through management quota.
A personal interview will be conducted after completing the above rounds.
Students should have cleared Higher Secondary School examination from a recognized board to get through the Mangalore Marine College and Technology admissions 2021.

This course is approved by AICTE, and Affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, Karnataka. These students will be eligible for higher education and off-shore jobs only in Marine industries.
Those who want to get the jobs on ships are instructed to do additional DGS approved Value added Courses at additional Cost. Only these students will be issued Indian CDC, INDOS, STCW, Class IV – Part A exemption etc., which is mandatory for joining the Ships.
Eligibility:
10+2 with PCM 60% aggregate marks from recognized Boards/Universities. Minimum 50% marks in English at 10+2 or 10th level is a must. Fluency in written and spoken English.
