Fees & Scholarships : It is under 5000₹ per year in Maitreyi college . OBC and ST/SC students can avail Scholarship on the basis of their 12th marks. 40-50% of the students get Scholarship in Maitreyi college.

Academics & Faculty : College timings start from 8:30 and the college close at 5 or 6'o clock in Maitreyi college. Classes are 1 hour. Semester ending exams happens once in December and then in may for the different semester. Teachers start giving us assignment ad takin our test from 1-2 month before the exams. Teachers take 3 assignment and 3 test for each subject and then they choose the best out of three marks and then include it in the final list. Teachers are very much devoted to their work. They always come on time to the class and along with the subject they take with us in a frankly way, teaches us the different aspects of life and make us think more beyond the subject. College is excellent . The environment, the people, the staff, everything is nice.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : Hostel is under construction and this will become functional in 2-3 years. There is an area called Satya Niketan near the college where you can find many pg's for Students. Their cost per month is approximately 5000-6000/month. The food is very hygienic and very reasonable too. A plate of Manchurian rice and Masala dosa will cost you 30 bucks. College infrastructure is very nice and the place looks beautiful because of the greenery and cleanliness around the college. There are different labs available for computer, physics , chemistry, biology etc . Library is huge and one can get any book from there through a library card. College provide a different password to each and every student, and the WiFi work in a very efficient way in Maitreyi college.

Clubs & Associations : There is Commerce society, dance society named zeal, fashion society named galore, photography society, enactus, debating society etc. Every dept of college organise their own freshers and fests along with this college organises Diwali mela, college freshers, and college fest. Many seminars on different topics also takes place in college. College provide us many opportunity to explore and find our inner self, our interest, make us more confident and we get to meet different people and learn from them in Maitreyi college . In general college life is fun along with studies.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : In my college, 6 to 7 cutoff lists are released. Different cutoffs for different courses. The Different course has different criteria for the admission. And there are different cutoffs for different castes. For example, for taking admission in B.Com (P), then in the first list, the cutoff was 93% for general students, 89% for ST/SC, and 91% for OBC students. Best of 4 subjects is to be included in which 3 subjects should be the main subject and 1 should be a language. Whereas for taking admission in B.Com (H) , this is necessary for them that they have studied maths n their 12th otherwise they won't get a honors course. In my college, for the admission firstly u have to go to the college with the respective documents after the cutoff has been released and then students will guide you about the further procedure. Cutoffs start from 93-94% and then as the no of cutoffs increase % requirement for admission decreases in Maitreyi college .
