I got into the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management through CAT. After I got a call for admissions, we had a WAT and PI which is conducted in all major cities. The cutoff for CAT usually hovers around 80%.
Students have to clear the CAT examinations conducted by the IIM's to get shortlisted for admission procedures in Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, [LBSIM] New Delhi. It is then followed by GD and PI.
A student should have a minimum of 85% marks in 12th Board. One also has to write entrance exam to get the admission.
85+ score in CAT is mandatory for getting admission in this institute followed by gd ,extempore and p.i.

All candidates seeking admission to LBSIM will be required to appear in the Common Admission Test (CAT).
Besides CAT, candidates are required to register at LBSIM, Delhi through a separate Application Form which will be available along with Information Brochure from 11th october, 2015 onwards from Admission Coordinator, LBSIM, Delhi.
Candidates short-listed on the basis of CAT score will be called for Group Discussion (GD), Extempore, Work Experience and Personal Interview (PI) for final selection.
