Bangalore University also provides the facility of improvement examination in case a candidate receives a backlog in their final examination. Aspirants can reject their results if they are dissatisfied with their results. The process and criteria for rejecting Bangalore University results are as follows:

• The candidate can reject the examination of a semester and not the entire subject paper.
• The candidate is allowed to apply for the same only once in a particular semester. Once applied, the process cannot be reversed.
• A fee should be paid to the Bangalore University Registrar within 30 days of the declaration of the Bangalore University results.
• The candidate must sit for the following immediate exam once they reject their semester results.
• Candidates can only change the “class” of their results and not the ranking.
