Hostel: The boys hostel can accommodate 1785 males, and the females hostel can accommodate 183 females. The Bangalore University hostel has the necessary facilities, like drinking water, a reading room, TV, daily newspapers, etc.

Canteen: Students are served a sumptuous and nutritious lunch at a reduced cost through the nutritious meal programme. It allows students to remain on campus while continuing their academic and personal development activities. Every day, a large number of students benefit from this program.

Health Centre: The health centres are located on Jnana Bharathi and Central College campuses. Two senior physicians and support staff administer it, and it serves the basic medical needs of the university's personnel and students. It is staffed by technicians who distribute medications, take ECGs, and use a glucometer to detect blood glucose levels. In addition, the Bangalore University employs experienced Staff Nurses who manage patients in the event of an emergency. It also provides a bed for temporary monitoring of blood pressure, chest discomfort, and other issues before being transferred to other hospitals if needed. Two expert doctors will visit twice a week, according to the plan. Outpatient ward, general lab, and X-ray lab are also available in the health centre.

Library: The Bangalore University library is equipped with many books on various subjects.

Drinking Water: A 2000 litres RO drinking water plant has been installed at the administrative block. It also has a waste management plant.
