Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology Scholarship Details

Fees & Scholarships : Rs. 43,310 is my course fee per year at Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology, [AIET] Mangalore. I have obtained the seat through SNQ quota. There are various scholarships available, but the processing of the amount in our account

Fees & Scholarships : Rs. 43,310 is my course fee per year at Alva's Institute of Engineering and Technology, [AIET] Mangalore. I have obtained the seat through SNQ quota. There are various scholarships available, but the processing of the amount in our accounts is very slow. 

Entrance Exams & Admissions : The entrance which I had taken for getting admission in AIET is CET. The cutoff for getting admission was nearly 60000 CET rank and it was not that difficult to get a seat.

Placements & Internships : The college has MOU's with many reputed companies like TCS, Dlithe, etc, which enables the students to get their internships with great projects. Most IT companies hire from our campus but there are equal opportunities for non-IT branches to get into placements as well.

Academics & Faculty : The college timings are strict i.e. from 9 to 5. The exams and assignments are conducted from time to time. The quality and method of teaching is also good. The overall experience in college is great.

College Infrastructure & Hostel Facilities : The college infrastructure is very good. There are 3 to 4 hostels available and the fee is affordable. There are quite a few PG's which are a bit far away from the college. The food in the college is good. The quality of classrooms, labs, libraries are too neat and clean.

Clubs & Associations : There are various clubs available on campus, where a student can be involved actively. At least 2 intracollege technical events and hackathons are conducted per semester, where a student can learn leadership skills, team work, time management, etc. Life in college is awesome with good friends and friends like faculties.
