Eligibility Criteria for M.Sc:

M.Sc is offered in Agriculture.
Candidates belonging to Andhra Pradesh are selected for Master's degree programmes according to their performance in the entrance examination conducted separately for Agriculture, Home Science and their previous academic record is considered, then via division, candidates are allotted to various disciplines within a faculty.
Twenty-five per cent (25%) of the seats in Masters Degree courses fall under reservation for candidates from other states. The choosing of these candidates is based on the All India Entrance Examination undertaken by the India Council of Agricultural Research(ICAR), New Delhi. Notice arrives around March and exams commence during May-June each year.

Scholarships Offered:

For candidates who come from farmer households, there is reservation of seats along with the option of scholarship. The latter is applicable only for meritorious students who clear the ICAR AIEEA with flying colours.
