- Upload the requisite documents, e.g. Class X certificate, Class XII certificate, category certificate, PwD/DS/OCI cards etc.
- Select up to 8 exam centres as per preference.

Step 3: Appear for JEE Advanced 2025
Post registration, download the admit card, after which you may take the Advanced examination as per the dates of your scheduled exam.
Important Tips:
- The syllabus for the examination will include Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- Good scores will improve your probability of securing your preferred branch and IIT, which includes Roorkee or Roorkee IITs.
Step 4: Check JEE Advanced Result & Obtain Rank
The results will be published on the official page after the conducting of the JEE Advanced 2025 examination is conducted.

Step 5: Participate in JoSAA Counselling 2025

Step 6: Seat Allotment and Reporting
Once each counselling round is done, check your seat allotment status. Also, if designated a seat in IIT Roorkee, execute the following:
- Secure admission
- Accept the provisional allotment letter
- Pay the designated admission onboarding payment.
- Also, for online verification, you have to upload the required documents.
Step 7: Final Admission to IIT Roorkee
Once your documents are verified and fees paid, you will receive confirmation of your admission to IIT Roorkee.
Attend the orientation and complete the rest of the formalities, such as:
- Hostel allocation
- Identity card issuance
- Fee payment for the semester
- Course registration
