Admissions in Shivaji College or any other college of Delhi University are based on merit(except some courses in which admissions are there on entrance test basis). You have to score good marks to get admitted to any of the colleges of Delhi University. As Shivaji College is 'A' accredited by NAAC, it's obvious that its cut off goes higher than other colleges. For this year(2017-18), cut off for B. Com (Hons) was 98%.

 Candidate should have passed in (10+2) or any equivalent exam conducted by any State Board or Equivalent. He/She should have secured a minimum 50% Aggregate with English as a subject. All SC/ST candidates have a relaxation of 5% in the minimum aggregate.

 APPLICATION DATES

 Admission to the B.A. (Hons.) English course will be done through a Combined Aptitude Test for English (CATE), to be held under the aegis of the Department of English, University of Delhi/ based on merit and percentage of best four subjects in 12th standard

THE TOTAL FEE STRUCTURE FOR THE COURSE IS INR 9250 PER YEAR
