Placements and Internships
- Having campus in such a great location plus the brand value of the university does attract ample of students to apply for and many companies visit the campus. So overall placement chances are good here.
- During my course there was one industrial training program, and our institute has MOUs signed with top class MN Hospitals which give exposure to us.
- And now I am working as a senior analyst with a beautiful salary package.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- There is a library in each block and a central library in block 1. One can get every book related to this stream and even can order for books.
- The infrastructure of our college is quite good.
- In the hostel and library, Wi-Fi facility is available.
- Though they say they put some limit on Wi-Fi facility, still we use Wi-Fi facility to the extreme.
- The hostels are quite good with good mess food.
- I will suggest you take LC hostels since they are much spacious than other hostels.
- There are no restrictions for boys, but girls need to enter their hostel gates before 7 pm.
- There is free ambulance facility 24x7.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
- The eligibility criterion was 10+2 with at least 50% marks.
- And to take admission in any UD/PG programs candidate need to clear CUCET, which is a university-level exam conducted only in the online mode.
- I gave the CUCET (Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test). This university- level entrance exam also provides 100% scholarship to the students who score 95% marks.
- And on the basis of this only I got admission in Chandigarh University.
- During my admission time as I remembered cut off 85 was given.

- When it Comes To Academics for HMCT., Chandigarh University, makes their Effort at their Best to make student get with the Syllabus,
- This institute use both modern as well as traditional methods of teaching because this is totally a student friendly institute and that’s why both procedures for teaching opt.
- The plus point in this university is that they provide syllabus as per guidelines with some additional course like personality development, Human Values and Ethics and many more which makes student well perfect and also helps to gain confidence while facing interview.
- Overall experience in such instate was marvellous, I learnt a lot from CU it’s about academics, personal and professional both.

- Scholarships are available for the students from the college, Scholarship programs based upon students academic performance, Economical consideration and many ore criterion are there for scholarships.
- Approximately 30% of students get awarded with different scholarship schemes.
- Even loan facility is also available for such students but it depends upon some conditions.

- University celebrates every festival of all religions and they organise various events every month like DJ nights, CUMUN, fresher party, cultural meet, and many more.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : If I talk about the eligibility criteria then here admissions are direct for my course but yes if u have a good score in ur 12th, then the university has various scholarships door open to you. I applied for CUCET only for the scholarship as such i don't think this course requires it . Admissions in university is not on the basis of cut offs.
