Placement at Chandigarh University is very good as many reputed companies like Ranbaxy, Cordlife Pvt Ltd, Spectraforce Infotech inc. etc visit for campus placements. The average package offered is INR 2.5-3.5 LPA.

College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms are good. PGs facilities are also available near the university campus.
The classroom, laboratory, and other essential facilities are good.
Entrance Exams and Admissions
Chandigarh university allows 12th pass students to get admission to their university. One who needs admission to CU should fill the online admission form. There is no special entrance exam for the Biotechnology course. But if students need to get a scholarship, they should give the CUCET exam.
Academics and Faculty
Class starts from 9:30 am and end at 4:20 pm with 7 lecture. The teaching way is good. CU gives equal importance to practical and theoretical knowledge.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Applicants interested in applying to this university can fill the form available on its official website. Applicants need to clear the CUCET examination to be eligible for admission in the different undergraduate courses offered by CU. Candidates will also be able to receive scholarships based on their performance in the CUCET exam. There are three different phases in the CUCET entrance examination, namely the Gold Phase, Silver Phase and Bronze Phase. Applicants must apply to this university in the stipulated period.

Entrance Exams & Admissions : Any student who has completed his/her +2 from a recognized board with physics, chemistry, biology or maths as a core subject can apply in Chandigarh University for biotechnology.
Entrance Exams & Admissions : A person has to maintain at least 60% marks in their 10+2 for eligibility, University offers direct admission through test named CUCET. I personally took CUCET for the admission. Though direct admission is also taken place.
