- The infrastructure is fantastic and green at Indian Institute of Technology.
- The placement is quite good here, it is around 80 %.
- Their are various courses in the college to improve skill, personality etc which are useful during placement.
Academics and Faculty
- In Indian Institute of Technology Class starts from 9:00 am.
- There are assignments given to the students which have to be completed at home.
- Tests were held regularly throughout the course and students were evaluated on overall performance based on written tests, oral presentations, and case studies.
- The school provided all relevant study material for each student and other reference books could be easily borrowed from the library.
- All teachers and staff were highly professional and they tried to give personal attention to students.
- Even outside of the classroom students could maintain a friendly relationship with the professors.
- The quality of teaching along with the practical approach to studies was excellent.
- There was a good mix of theory, practical, case studies and oral presentations providing the students with a strong base and business fundamentals.

- The scholarship facilities are the most amazing factor which helps the needy students in their study at Indian Institute of Technology.
- Merit cum means scholarship is provided to top 25 % of the student in a branch, I myself is getting this scholarship.

Academics & Faculty : Very hard working and meritorious faculty. Do not expect spoon-feeding. Professors may not be proactive in their teaching but students have to be proactive in learning and seeking out answers to question, concepts and queries from the professors.

Academics & Faculty : The faculty at the Roorkee campus is extremely qualified and highly knowledgeable. All the professors have their doctorate degree from great American universities; some are involved with current government projects while a few are the authority of metallurgy. The excellent experienced teaching staff is pretty co-operative with all student matters and doubts. Communication ain’t a problem as basic lectures are conducted in English.
