Placements and Internships
- For the course fees paid by student the job packages offered by companies in campus is exponentially higher. Multinational giants like Amazon, Microsoft, Visa, Goldman Sachs, Texas instruments , etc prefer Jadavpur University as their recruitment destination every year.
College Infrastructure and Hostel Facilities
- Loads of subsidized canteens in campus and hostel accommodation is easy. Plus the library and IT infrastructure in campus is very helpful
Academics and Faculty
- The overall experience of the University is great. Students have great academic potential and the hunger to innovate. Ranked 76th in times Asia higher education survey and 1st in government engineering colleges in India.
Fees and Scholarships
- Probably the lowest tuition fees on offer in the country. Engineering students roughly pays 2500 INR yearly plus examination fees which is not more than 200. Other faculty students pay even less and hostel boarding charges are along the same lines.
