NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2025: Document Verification, Choice Filling

The NTA had announced the NCHMCT JEE 2025 Counselling Schedule on its official website. The seat allotment round was to be held in four rounds and all the rounds have been conducted successfully. The Physical Reporting at the Allotted Institute will be done between July 14-18, 2025. While the Hostel Allotment Processing will start on July 22, 2025.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) announced the second merit List for NCHMCT JEE 2025. Candidates were able to upload and verify their documents between June 13 and June 15, 2025. The declaration of vacancies after the second round was scheduled for June 17, 2025, followed by the release of the final merit list on June 23, 2025. The entrance exam was held online for admission to the B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) course. Earlier, the NTA had declared the NCHMCT JEE result on May 18, 2025.

The schedule for the NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025 had been released officially by the National Testing Agency on its official website after the result was announced. The NCHMCT JEE 2025 Seat Allotment PDF was made available online. The Round 1 merit list was declared on June 2, 2025. The Round 2 merit list was declared on June 12, 2025. Steps to Check NCHMCT JEE 2025 Seat Allotment Result

You can view your counselling seat allotment results by following the steps below.

• Step 1: You must visit the official website. nchmcounselling.nic.in
• Step 2: Click on the "Seat Allocation Result" link for the course in the candidate activity board section of the page.
• Step 3: Provide the roll number, password, and security pin to log in to the system.
• Step 4: Click on the "Sign In" button.
• Step 5: The result will be displayed on the screen.
• Step 6: Download the result for future reference.

Steps to Register for NCHMCT JEE 2025 Counselling

All eligible of yu must register online to be considered for the NCHMCT JEE 2025 seat allotment. The steps to register for the NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025 are given below.

• Step 1: You must visit the website of NCHMCT JEE 2025 Counselling, and find the relevant link, ‘Online Registration and Choice Filling.’
• Step 2: Register as a new candidate by clicking “New Candidate Register Here.”
• Step 3: Read all the instructions on the screen carefully and then click the ‘Register button.'
• Step 4: You must enter the details such as Roll Number, Application No.., Name, and Date of Birth, as given in NCHMCT Results, to register.
• Step 5: You are permitted to proceed with the registration process only if the data entered by you matches the data.
• Step 6: NCHMCT JEE Candidates are required to choose a password and security question, and the answer to that particular question
• Step 7: The password created for NCHMCT JEE registration by you must be of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 13 characters.
• Step 8: Passwords are case sensitive, which means ‘A’ and ‘a are treated as different characters.
• Step 9: You can log in directly with your respective NCHMCT JEE 2025 Roll Number as your Login ID and the password for subsequent logins.
• Step 10: You are advised not to share your passwords with anyone else. Neither NCHMCT nor NIC is responsible for the violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.
• Step 11: Everyone of you must provide the required additional information as indicated in NCHMCT JEE 2025 Registration Form at the time of registration in case you have forgetten your password, the security question and answer provided by you at the time of online registration are to be used to issue a new password.
• Step 12: If required, you can change your password after logging.

During NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025, you must verify the personal data that appears on the screen after login. You are allowed only one attempt to correct the data with respect to category, PWD, KM, and Gender in the following ways:

• Category from (SC/ ST/ OBC-NCL) to General allowed, but vice versa is not allowed
• PWD can be changed from Yes to No, but vice versa is not allowed
• KM can be changed from Yes to No, but vice versa is not allowed
• Change of gender is permitted
• Changes in the field of Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, and Date of birth are not permitted under any circumstances
• If the personal data submitted by a candidate is found wrong at the time of verification of certificates, the allotment of a seat or provisional admission of such a candidate is liable to be cancelled
• Once changes are submitted, you will not be allowed to edit the form.

Documents Required for NCHMCT JEE Counselling

You are required to carry evidence of 10+2 completion to the NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025 session. The following documents are acceptable.

• Plus two level examinations in the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education of any recognised Central/State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination or State Boards of Secondary Education.
• Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognised Board/ University.
• General Certificate of Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
• High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University.
• Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or a foreign country recognised by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education.
• HSC Vocational Examination approved by NCVT and SCVT of the concerned states.
• Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects, including English.

NCHMCT JEE 2025 Online Choice Filling

During Online Choice filling of NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025, registered ones are required to select the choice of institutes in order of your preference. The choice of institutes will be displayed on the computer screen according to your NCHMCT JEE 2025 eligibility.

You can fill your choices in the order of preference from the list of available institutes. You can even re-order or change your filled choices, delete the earlier choices, and add a new choice any number of times until they lock their final choices.

NCHMCT JEE Locking of Choices

The locking of choices included steps like entering the password and confirming the locking. You are advised to take the printout of the page of choices you fill as you would be required to show the signed copy at the time of reporting to the NCHMCT JEE 2025 Reporting Center.

NCHMCT JEE 2025 Exam Withdrawal of Seat and Refund Seeking

You can withdraw admission and seek a refund even after being selected and paying the fee. This is only applied till the end of the first and the second round of the NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025. Please note that the counselling fee is not refunded under any circumstances. A 100% refund of the fee is done only when the refund application is submitted as per the schedule. A 50% refund is done when you have taken the admission, missed the counselling schedule deadline, and has not attended classes (conditional).
