DET Odisha 2023 Counselling Procedure
Candidates will be invited for the verification process at the nodal centres which are prescribed by the council of admissions. The process includes registration, document verification after the release of the merit list and is followed by the release of the seat allotment lists. The final step is to report to the college by the candidates to complete the fee payment and the admission process.

- Step 1: Registration is the first step where all candidates must register online by entering their registered email address and number on the official website. The registration forms include fields such as personal details, educational qualifications and entry of scores. All the fields must be filled before submission. The counselling fee is to be paid during this time.
- Step 2: The verification process can be done through offline mode at the Nodal Centre for Counselling (NCC) prescribed by the authorities. The documents including application form of the candidates must be submitted at the centres with the registration receipt and ID proofs. The original documents must be brought with photocopies of the same for the authentication of the same.
- Step 3: Following the submission of documents, candidates will be required to check the merit list that will be provided online based on the scores secured by all the applicants.
- Step 4: Choice filling and option entry for shortlisted candidates based on the merit list will be available online. Candidates will be required to enter their choices on the official website via the counselling portal.
- Step 5: Seat allotment will be released in multiple rounds.
