Instructions for filling CA Foundation 2021 Application Form
New Registration: Newly applied students mean Students who have never filled the form for any course in ICAI, and ever received students unique registration number starting with NRO/SRO/ERO/WRO/CRO. New students can only apply for Foundation Course and Intermediate through Direct Entry route.
Contact Information: Provide your own email id and mobile number. Once registered an OTP (one-time-password) will be sent to your registered email id/mobile number. Enter this detail on the user verification screen. Once registered, Candidates will be allowed to apply for various courses.
If OTP's not received: If OTP is not received immediately then do not panic, it may receive after some time. After some time, you need to log in again with your registered email id and password. Once verified you a new window will pop up on your verification screen, now enter received OTP and submit. If not received then click "Resend New OTP" button, a new OTP will be sent to your registered email id/mobile number.
CPT 2021 Documents Required
Candidates must carry these document while filling the CA CPT 2021 Application form.
- Copy of 10th and 12th pass mark card attested by a Chartered Accountant.
- Demand Draft issued towards registration fees.
- Attested copy of Birth Certificate if the date of birth is not mentioned in the 10th marks card.
- Caste Certificate (OBC/SC/ST)
- Proof of Nationality in case of a foreign applicant.

The application fee of CA-CPT for all the courses are tabulated below:

Corrections in CA-CPT 2021 Application Form
Correction Window: ICIA provides the option of Application correction for CA CPT 2021 shortly after the end of the application process.
Editing options: In the Application correction window, the candidate can edit/modify details such as the medium of exam and exam centre.
Sessions: There are two sessions for the application correction window - Application correction window without fee and Application correction window with a fee.
Fine payment: If the candidate fails to make a correction within the first session, the candidate has to make the fee payment of INR 1000 to be eligible for the second session of application for the correction.
- Additional fee: If the candidates want to change the exam centre from India to Overseas, the candidate has to pay an additional fee of INR 1000.
Payment Gateway related information
Verification: A candidate has to Verify his details entered before clicking on "Save and Pay" button, once clicked you will be diverted to payment gateway screen.
Payment Gateway: Enter necessary details in the payment gateway and then proceed to payment (Here do not refresh or go back to the last page). After payment option is done, a new screen will pop up on the screen where details of candidates form will be displayed
Displayed: The status of your payment will be displayed as "Payment not verified/confirmed" else, transaction details (amount, bank taxation number, etc) of payment will be displayed.
Duration: In case even after 2-4 days, the status of your application is displayed as "Payment not verified/confirmed", then confirm with your bank first and then contact us.
