One has to good at maths or computers and has to read the above subjects in higher secondary. My college takes Rs. 40,800/- per semester. I did not take any entrance exams.
For the eligibility, part one needs to be 12 pass out. Admissions can also be done based on the 10th results. One can be of any stream science, commerce or arts for BCA. CET was the entrance exam which was compulsory. The cutoff is that one should not fail in any subject and should score a good mark (average mark)
Anyone interested in taking up this course must have completed 10+2 from any recognized board and must have secured more than 60% marks, apart from this, must also have English, maths, statistics, computer science as one of the subjects in 10+2 level. The placement record of this college is very good, and the faculty for BCA is appreciable.
