Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College was founded in 1973 in the vibrant city of Delhi, Delhi NCR. It is a State Government institution. The institute is affiliated with Delhi University (DU).

Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College offers 2 courses, namely, BA, BCom which aim at the holistic development of the students. Students can gain expertise in their chosen fields with a faculty of experienced and knowledgeable educators.
