Training and Placement Assistance Centre :-

Training and Placement Assistance Centre (TAPAC), Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Manipal University facilitates placements for eligible graduates and postgraduates (BPharm, PharmD and MPharm). TAPAC also conducts a few training programmes for the benefit of students. The centre liaises with companies, to conduct campus drives for graduate, postgraduate and doctoral (PhD Research Scholars) students. The college provides infrastructure to conduct campus drive. The placement session starts from the last week of February through July every year. Pre-placement talks, job offers, date(s) of interviews, conduct of interviews, selection of students, etc., are coordinated through Training and Placement Assistance Centre. TAPAC is assisted by a committee comprising Chairman, Co-chairman, chief coordinator and coordinators from each department. The centre has its mission and objectives. It has evolved a broad policy/framework for students and recruiters besides a setting up a list of inviolable rules. TAPAC along with its committee and student representatives oversees the smooth functioning of training and placement of students.
