Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com], batch of 2020

The teaching faculty is quite good. The daily routine is strict and jammed with classes, but we got breaks and serves as a good day.

There are many societies to join, like debating society, literary society, commerce society, and so much more. And DU fests have always been the talk of every student.

Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com], batch of 2019

Routine management of the college is well. And project class timing exams are conducted on time. Overall experience is good.

Societies are good and awesome. Main festivals of the college is satyawati behan because she was the founder of the college.

Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (Economics), batch of 2017

my experience in college has given me a chance to sharpen my skills in my field of choice. There have been, and there will continue to be, many opportunities to learn more ways of improving my craft as a result of my time in school, which I am truly thankful for. For example, the Writing Center at my school has taught me many writing tips and rules that I was unaware even existed, and would still be unaware of had it not been a part of my experience. .

For me the best thing about college life was the varied kind of experiences I had as a result of staying away from home and independently. College years are the best time to explore oneself, to delve deep into one’s own passions and creativity.  During school, we restrict ourselves, thinking that doing well in studies and a excelling a few extra curricular activities is the most we can do with ourselves. College years were the time when life happened and I found out that there was more to me as a person.  It made me maturer, increased my understanding of life and its ways and yet encouraged me to keep choosing my goodness over whatever others did to me. So yes, “Hey, College was great! :)”

Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Political Science), batch of 2019

Bachelor of Arts [BA] {Hons.} (English), batch of 2020

The daily routine is very comfortable. As I am of evening college I have 4 classes from 2:30 to 6:30.The internals is taken by teachers at the correct time. The same is for the assignments. One thing I would say is that many teachers might skip their classes. This is one negative point I would like to bring to your view. Some teachers are really excellent at explaining. Some bore you to the core. But the teaching is enough to get you passed. I don't know much about this topic Gender ratios, Student/Dorm Parties, workshops, cultural societies or Student diversity and tolerance with regards to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, sexual orientation, politics and economic status ( Be detailed in your response to meet quality standards)we don't have hostel facilities and mess was there it was not a mess it was very small canteen I liked the food as it was good and also very cheap.

There are not that many societies. There is an arts club, poetry club, drama society, football society, cricket club,Nss,Ncc etc. There are regular events and the festivals are celebrated almost every day and by this I mean it.Every day there is one or another event. The gate is always decorated. This might be sometimes irritating as this really affects the classes. The life in college is good. There is a big park where couples can spend time.Cricket, badminton, volleyball etc can be played.Life can be enjoyed.

Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.}, batch of 2019

There are some teachers who all are excellent in teaching, but some of them are not good to an extent. The teaching quality is average. The commerce department is quite good and the best in the whole college. There is lack of digital teaching in classrooms, but the overall the faculty members are average.

There are several societies in the college and one can get got experience while working with such big societies.

Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.} (Accounting and Finance), batch of 2018

There are 5 classes in the week of a single subject Duration of classes is 1 hour each Teachers gives 1 project in each semester At the end of the semester exams occur Quality and methods of teaching depends on the particular teacher some teachers teaches very well

There are lots of societies named arts and cultural society, dancing society and many other they help students to improve their talents

Bachelor of Arts [BA] (Economics), batch of 2018

The classes are regular though there is no break between the classes due to the evening shifts that take place. We have class tests from time to time and projects too. Quality and method of teaching are fine. Overall experience in college is fine.

Fashion Society, Dance Society, Music Society, Dramatics Society. No festival events take place. If college life is just about attending classes then it's okay.

Bachelor of Commerce [B.Com] {Hons.}, batch of 2015

I am from evening college. The class timings are 2:00 to 7:00 pm. In odd semester, the time projects and assignments is in the month of September and October and in even semester,it is the month of March and April. The quality of teaching is good. Our faculty teaches the concepts by giving practical examples, which helps us to understand the topic more easily and deeply. The experience in my college is great because there are many options other than the studies like there are many societies of different departments and many extra curriculum activities, where student can enjoy while doing studies.
