Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech (Computer Science and Engineering):
- Candidates who have completed B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Sc/ M.C.A or an equivalent degree with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for this course
Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech (VLSI Design):
- Candidates who have completed B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Sc or an equivalent Degree in related field with at least 50% Marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English
Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech (Nuclear Science and Technology):
- Candidates who have completed B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Chemical/ Industrial/ Production/ Metallurgical/ IT/ CS Engineering or MSc Physics/ Chemistry with at least 50% marks in aggregate with adequate proficiency in English are eligible to apply. Candidates with MSc degree should have Mathematics as a subject for at least two years/four semesters in their undergraduate degree
- Final selection will be made on the basis of a written test and interview
- GATE qualified candidates will be preferred and such students are not required to appear for the written test.
