- The candidates must have passed BArch or its equivalent as approved by Council of Architecture with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
- The fees for international students is USD 17900. Candidates will also have to pay a refundable caution deposit of USD 200 along with the first installment fees.

- The loan amount can be increased to Rs 20 lakh without security and up to Rs 30 lakh with security.
