Amphitheatre: The amphitheatre is an open-air venue for political discussion, performances, and carnivalesque. It is a hub for cultural events such as music, theatre, and especially street plays, talks, poetry readings, painting and photography competitions. It also serves as an outdoor, lively venue for various exhibitions and festivals. It fosters extracurricular activities that construct and promote an enriching experience for students and educators.

Audio-Visual Room: The Jesus and Mary College has an audio-visual room with a tripod, two handy cams, and other teaching and learning aids. It is possible to record lectures and create e-content using a tool. The space has plenty of natural light and can hold up to 60 people, providing students with a live multimedia experience.

Auditorium: With a seating capacity of roughly 600, the Jesus and Mary College campus boasts an artistically built and air-conditioned auditorium. It is equipped with the latest technology, including double-floor seating, a backup generator, and two green rooms. It features superb acoustics, a JBL sound system, and a 60-light stage lighting system. The auditorium comes with 25 hand fire extinguishers and six evacuation options in an emergency.

Cafeteria: The Jesus and Mary College campus area has a cafeteria that encourages the consumption of steamed foods, restricts the use of harmful fats and spices, and strives to be plastic-free. The canteen committee regularly conducts sanitary checks in the kitchen and related facilities such as the storerooms. To guarantee a safe environment for students and faculty, it ensures that the cafeteria is cleaned completely every day and that a pest-control treatment is performed every three months. A separate air-conditioned space is available for special occasions, guests, and visiting faculty/speakers.

Common Room: The shared lounge is a location where students from many fields can meet, interact, and make strong ties, contributing to the development of a vibrant student body on campus. The common room is created in a semi-open space adjacent to the cafeteria. It is always buzzing with students, and due to its open construction, it also serves as an excellent rehearsal area for performing artists.

Differently-abled Friendly Campus: Ramps, lifts, and special washrooms are built to make it more accessible for students with disabilities. Additionally, the library offers Braille books to visually impaired patrons. Braille signs are frequently used to indicate classrooms in college.

Gymnasium: The JMC University facilities include a multipurpose indoor gymnasium open to both students and college employees. It operates from 7:30 am until 5:30 pm. For aid, guidance, and training, trained instructors are available. Cross trainer, power rack, stationary bike, treadmill, and vibration plate are just a handful of the equipment available at the indoor gym. The sauna unit in the gymnasium is a student favourite. There is also an open gym located among the lush greenery that is free to the public. It is a favourite hangout for sports fans and health-conscious individuals.

ICT: With ICT-enabled classrooms, seminar halls, labs, libraries, and administrative offices, Jesus and Mary College boasts an effective IT infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available across the campus.
