The Cluster University of Jammu was established in 2016 as an initiative of the Centrally Sponsored Scheme-RUSSA. It is a cluster of five colleges in Jammu city and is approved by UGC. It offers UG and PG programmes. Furthermore, it also offers integrated courses and a PG Diploma programme. Admission to the programs is made based on the university-level entrance exam, i.e. CLUJET (Cluster University of Jammu Entrance Test).

The Cluster University of Jammu aspires to join the ranks of one of the greatest Universities in the world by nurturing a knowledge society of enriched learners that speaks innovation and invention along with excellence in research, inclusive education, service and community engagement.
