Hostel: Bharath University hostel has access to several activities, facilities, and support. It offers separate hostels for boys and girls. A compound wall and beautiful gardens separate the hostel blocks. A RO water treatment system meets the water needs. The sewage treatment plant is completely operational. Postgraduate students have their own hostel block. There is a gym, library, laundry room, and internet centre in each block. The Bharath University hostel facilities include TVs with cable connections, laundry services, salon.

Dining Hall: Bharath University has vegetarian and non-vegetarian dining halls. Each block includes its own dining hall with South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese cuisine. The caterers have a lot of expertise and make food in a contemporary kitchen focusing on hygiene and taste. A dining mess committee decides the cuisine made up of students. 

Health Centre: The Bharath University campus area has a health care centre. The university hospital offers a full-service hospital with ICU, and emergency treatment is available 24 hours a day. In an emergency, an ambulance is constantly on standby. All medicines and investigations are offered to students and instructors at no cost.

Guest House: The fully furnished, air-conditioned guesthouse is available for parents and guests. It can accommodate more than 100 people.

Bank and ATM: Bharath University Chennai campus has a Punjab National Bank for students and faculty. It provides ATMs and banking services. Other facilities offered are:

The library offers various facilities like circulation service, reference service, reprographic service, web-OPAC (On-line Public Access Catalogue) and resource sharing (InterLibrary Loan).

Sports Facilities: Bharath University infrastructure encourages students to participate in sports and cultural events.

• Students competing in district-level tournaments will receive half-price sponsorship.
• Cricket, volleyball, and basketball require special training.
