LLB [Bachelor of Law] Details

BHU B.A. LLB is a 5-year full-time course offered at the University. Applicants can apply for this course after completing the class 12 examination (HSC exam). The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts entrance exams on behalf of BHU. Hence, applicants must appear for the CUET UG exam.

BHU B.A. LLB Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for B.A. LLB at the Banaras Hindu University (BHU) are tabulated below.

BHU B.A. LLB Admission

BHU B.A. LLB admission is done through the minimum aggregate marks secured in the class 10+2 examination or equivalent. Applicants must secure a minimum aggregate score of 50% and a valid score in the CUET UG exam for admission. OBC candidates must secure 45% aggregate and SC/ST candidates must hold 40% marks. Candidates are required to appear for the Language Test, Legal studies and General test for BHU admission.

Interested candidates must apply for BHU B.A. LLB online. Below are the steps to follow for the application procedure at BHU.

• Register by entering the required information like email ID, number, and address.
• On the student dashboard, select the option “My Application”.
• Fill out the application form, and upload documents and educational details.
• Upload signature and photo.
• Preview and submit the form.
• Pay the application fee online via credit card/credit card/ net banking/ UPI from your laptop. Payments via mobile may be rejected for security reasons. 

Entrance Exams

To participate in the BHU admission process, applicants must secure a valid rank in the CUET UG examinations.
