DBT-Boost Laboratory: It is equipped with facilities suitable for fundamental Molecular Biology research and practical classes from diverse disciplines.

Language Lab: It is located in the ACTC building and is used to aid language research.

Library: The college has one central library in the main building, one digital library, and multiple departmental libraries offering electronic and hard copy access to scientific journals. The Asutosh College library has the NLIST database for teachers, researchers, and students.

Animal House: A working animal house where laboratory and experimental animals can be bred and reared.

Canteen: The canteen currently serves Indian, Chinese, and Continental food, as well as tea, coffee, and aerated soft beverages. In front of the monument is a sitting area with a statue of Swami Vivekananda. The Asutosh College canteen committee has arranged cultural programs to encourage young people to participate in them, which they can also enjoy during their snack time. The area also serves as a space for students to communicate outside of class.

Health Care Unit: The Asutosh College has a health care unit for students and staff. It is located on the ground floor of the humanities block and provides high-quality primary health care.
