Application form is available on the official website, interested applicants have to apply themselves for the same and should be submitted in person at the admission office.
Candidates applying for the desired course should give the Common Admission Test/ CAT and their scores will help the students gain a better seat in the admission process.
Application fee should be submitted in the form of DD/ Demand Draft drawn in favour of 'Director AIM' payable at Kolkata.
The general category candidates should pay Rs. 600/- and the Army wards should pay Rs. 500/- only.
Candidates will be evaluated based on their application form, academic qualification, and the Common Entrance Examination.
Once the shortlisted candidates are sorted out, they have to take up a college entrance examination.
After the test is done, they have to take up a Group discussion-Personal Interview(GD-PI) that will confirm the selection of the candidate.
Students have to submit their original credentials along with the installment of fees.
Eligibility for a Non - Army Categories
Candidates should pass 10+2 and an undergraduate degree with a minimum aggregate of 50% in overall academics to get through Army Institute of Management admissions 2020.
Applicants have to appear for an Entrance Examination, and the scores will help them to get the seat with ease.
They should be graduated from a known college by UGC/ AIU.
Eligibility for Army Categories
Candidates should be children of Army personnel with minimum 10 years of continuous service in the army.
Children of Ex-Army Personnel.
Children of Ex-Army personnel who have taken discharge or released after 10 years of continuous service.
Adopted child of army personnel should be adopted at least for five years prior to seeking admission.
Stepchildren are also eligible provided that one parent should belong to the army.
Children of Ex-Army officers/ Army Dental Corps Officers with at least 10 years of service in Indian Navy/ Indian Air Force.
The admission process is very simple, You can apply for the college by appearing in CAT exam and the cut off is around 60+ and special consideration for army wards.
