Allahabad State University, Allahabad was established under the Uttar Pradesh State University Act 1973,  in the year 2016 in the state of Uttar Pradesh. It is now known as Prof. Rajendra Singh (Rajju Bhaiya) University and is located at Praygraj. Rajju Bhaiya University offers a full range of disciplines and courses. In 2022 Allahabad State University was ranked as the 5th best university in Uttar Pradesh by EduRank. Allahabad State University accepts admissions based on secured qualified scores in national level exams like LFAT, LAT, UPSEE, UGAT, PGAT, JNU CEEB & GATE. It grants admissions to some UG courses like BA LLB and LLB based on LFAT and LAT. Both of these exams are university-level legal admission exams administered by Allahabad University. In 2021 the cut off for LAT was 196  (General Category) and 199  for LFAT 2021 (General Category).
