SET exam full form is Symbiosis Entrance Test. The exam is administered for admission to various university courses. The various exams conducted under Symbiosis are Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT), SET for general courses (Symbiosis Entrance Test), and SIT Engineering Entrance Exam (SITEEE).

All aspiring candidates must take up their desired entrance exam for various courses.

SET Exam Eligibility 2023

SET exam eligibility 2023 varies for all courses. The organising committee have detailed the eligibility criteria and it is as follows:

B.Tech/ BA / BBA LLB	Candidates must have passed 10+2 from any recognised board. For general category candidates, a minimum of 45% is required and for reserved category, a minimum of 40%.
BCA/ BBA	Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognised board. A minimum of 50% marks is required for participation.
B.Sc	Candidates must have passed 10+2 from any recognised board.

To apply for the SET examination, candidates must register from the official website. The detailed instructions are given below:

• Candidates must head to the SET official website: www.set-test.org
• Select the ‘Register’ link.
• Scheme through all the information and click on the ‘I agree’ option. 
• Next, fill out all the required information and click ‘Submit’.
• The registration will be complete. Now candidates can head to fill up the application.
• Candidates must enter all the information starting from personal details to academic achievements.
• Pay the application fee for the SET exam.
• Once done, candidates can check their filled-in application and take a printout for further purposes.

SET Admission Process 2023

SET admission process 2023 will begin after the exam results are declared. All the candidates who want to pursue a course under Symbiosis must qualify for the examination. 

• Candidates must apply for counselling by registering and paying the fees. 
• Appear for counselling and produce the valid documents required for admissions. 
• Further, appear for a personal interview round. 
• Candidates who get shortlisted after the PI round can proceed further for admissions. 

SET Exam Day Instructions

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) released the SET exam day instructions. Candidates are expected to respect and follow the guidelines to avail a hassle-free exam. The instructions are as detailed below.

• All the candidates are required to carry their admit cards. 
• Any candidate appearing for multiple exams on the same day must carry a different admit card for each session. 
• All candidates must ensure that their latest photograph is attached to the admit card. 
• Along with the admit card, candidates must carry a photo identity proof. Any soft copy of the ID proof will not be accepted. The accepted ID proofs are as follows:
• Passport.
• Driving license.
• Voter ID Card.
• Pan Card
• AADHAR Card (UID)
• College ID Card
• Cell phones, calculators, watch calculators, alarm clocks, digital watches with built-in calculators/ memory or any electronic or smart devices are prohibited inside the exam hall.
• Candidates must reach the examination venue beforehand to avoid any last-minute rush.
