Rashmika Mandana

Rashmika Mandana is a highly acclaimed actress and model, working primarily in south Indian films. She graduated from MSRIT in Psychology, English Literature, and Journalism. Along with this, Rashmika also pursued her modeling career. She began her movie career with the wildly popular 'Kirik Party' and has gone from success to success thereon. Rashmika has had praises heaped upon her for her marvelous acting and successive portrayals in critically hit films.

She has acted in over 12 movies to date, every one of them being a commercial and critical success. She won the Best-Debut Actress and Best Actress awards in the South Filmfare Awards and also bagged the Critics Choice Award for her acting skills. Rashmika is the rising star of the south, a name that commands a huge following and respect.

Kanan Gill

A software engineer who left behind computers to pursue his love for laughter, Kanan is an Indian comedian. He is also an actor who made his debut on the big screen alongside the famous Sonakshi Sinha. Kanan won Punchline Bangalore, a comedy competition when he was still working as a software professional, and this accomplishment spurred him to pursue a career in comedy full-time. Kanan has not looked back since. His channel Pretentious Movie Reviews and his short movie "Keep It Real" gained him a massive following for his dry wit and humorous nature. 

Kanan also used to be the leader of a band during his college days. Recently he has made his debut on Netflix with Yours Sincerely, Kanan Gill. he was a judge for the comic reality show 'Comicstaan,' which allowed him to appear on Amazon Prime.

Sajjan Jindal

Sajjan Jindal is the true Man of Steel. This reclusive billionaire built his steel empire from a small company to India's largest steel manufacturing company. An Indian entrepreneur and the Chairman of JSW Group, which is the world's sixth-largest steel producing company. Sajjan has made the company one of the top players in the world through ceaseless struggle and eternal optimism in the face of disaster. He earned a degree in B.E. Mechanical from MSRIT and went on to join the Jindal group. 

Though it originally belonged to his father, Sajjan has expanded and revamped the entire organization such that it is virtually a new structure. He was awarded the Steel Vision Award for his commitment to the steel sector and the Best CEO 2019 for his excellent leadership. He is also a true humanitarian, having cut steel production in his company to provide life-saving oxygen to the masses.

Komal Jha

Another Indian actress predominantly working in the southern part of the country, Komal Jha, has gained widespread popularity in South India and is looking for her big break in Bollywood. She started her movie career with 3 Idiots, playing a minor role. However, this was only the start. She performs in numerous movies, stage shows and has even been scouted by big brands as an ambassador. Kon=mal is also well-known for her career change from civil engineering to a film actress. 

Komal is also a poet. She has written several poems, which she has released on her website. She also funds an orphanage in Mumbai by selling her designer wear and is a speaker for youth issues.

Suresh Venkatesh

Suresh Venkatesh is a researcher interested in electromagnetics, metamaterials, antennas, and other related fields. He graduated from MSRIT in ECE and later went on to earn a Master's degree from North Carolina State University. He wrote his P.hD. dissertation under the guidance of Professor David Shurig, and it went on to win the ECE Outstanding Dissertation Award, 2016. He is currently a researcher at Princeton University. Before this, he was a research assistant at the Raman Research Institute, Bangalore.

He has 15 publications to his name with a specialty in Electromagnets and Radiation. Suresh has been widely cited for his works, and he received the IEEE Young Professional Travel award and the Young Professionals in Space Travel grant.

Anil Shetty

A social leader, activist, and author, Anil Shetty is a name that comes to mind when talking about south Indian Youth leaders. Though he is a college dropout from MSRIT, he became one due to his dream of starting his own business. He co-founded Fly With VIP and later became an investment banker. Anil is most famous for creating the 'Peace Auto,' an auto-rickshaw union that became the best union in the entire city. He is a TEDx speaker and has delivered numerous speeches and talks on Peace and Politics. He has led numerous social campaigns such as 'My Vote is Not for Sale,' 'Save Govt Schools', etc. 

He was invited to represent India in the International Visitors Leadership Program by the USA and later by the Israeli Ministry as a part of the South Indian leaders delegation visiting the country. Anil is also a writer, with his first book 'The Making of I' and later 'Project Hope.'

Pushkara Mallikarjunaiah

An award-winning Indian producer, Pushkara is best known for his work in the Kannada film industry. His films have all been blockbuster hits, with his debut movie being one of the top-grossing movies in Kannada cinema of all times. He was initially a consultant after his education, after which he started his own company in the construction business. His second movie, Kirik Party, which incidentally stars another MSRIT alumni, also became a super-hit Kannada movie. 

Pushkara received the Bengaluru International Film Festival award for his debut production, Godhi Banna Sadharana Mykattu. In another of his movies, Jeerjimbe won four Karnataka State Film Awards, the highest number given to any film.
