Tripura NEET Merit List 2025 Tie-breaking Criteria

Based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the NEET exam, the DME and Tripura officials will prepare the Tripura NEET Merit List 2025. If two or more candidates tie during preparation, the admission authority will follow its tie-breaking policy. Tie-breaking policy for the Tripura MBBS 2025 merit list is given as follows:

• In the merit list of Tripura MBBS, the candidate who scored higher marks in Biology will be given first preference.
• Candidates with higher marks in Chemistry will be preferred if a tie still exists.
• The tie will be resolved by giving preference to the candidate with the least number of negative marks in the NEET 2025 examination if it persists.
• As per policy, the older candidate will receive preference and consideration over the younger candidate in case of a tie.

• Those candidates who secure the minimum qualifying percentile/NEET Cutoff percentile in the NEET entrance examination and fulfill the eligibility conditions will be considered for the Tripura NEET Merit List 2025.
