• The candidates must pass II PUC or 10+2 or any exam considered it's equivalent by the University of Mysore

For CPL [IR/ SE+ME]/ [IR/SE]:

• The candidates must pass 12th standard with Physics, English and Mathematics as subjects or its equivalent

For PPL/ SPL:

• The candidates should have passed 10th standard or its equivalent with proficiency in English [No age restriction]

For POP:

• The candidates should have passed 10th standard or its equivalent

 For Cabin Crew Training Program:

• The candidates should have passed graduation/ 12th standard/ 12th standard with a diploma or its equivalent

• The candidates should be between the ages of 18-26 years

• The minimum height of a female candidate should be 157cm and the male candidate should be 170cm

• The weight of the candidate should be in proportion to the height

• The candidates should be proficient in English and Hindi

• The candidate should be an Indian National

For  Ground Staff Training Program:

• The candidate must have completed graduation

• They should have a pleasing personality and a good knowledge of English and local language

• The candidate should be between the ages of 21-26 years

• The candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible for this program

For Certificate Course in Dangerous Good and Cargo/ IATA Airline Ticketing:

• The candidates should have passed 12th standard or above

 For Flight Dispatcher Training Program:

• The candidates should have passed 12th standard with Physics and Mathematics as subjects

• The candidates should be within the ages of 18-26 years

• The candidates should have good communication skills

For RTR:

• The candidates should have passed  10+2 or its equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as subjects

General Requirements for Undergraduate and Certificate Courses Application Process 2024

Candidates who are interested in the BBA [Aviation Management] and Certificate Courses of Orient Flights Aviation Academy, [OFAA] Chennai admissions 2019 can apply following the steps mentioned below:

Online Application Process:

• The candidates can visit the official website of the college and click on 'Apply Now'

• The candidates will be directed to the registration page where they will have to fill a registration form

• The candidates will then be able to login into the same page with their registered credentials to fill the online application form

Offline Application Process for Indian Nationals:

• The candidates can fill the form prescribed along with the prospectus

• The duly filled application form has to be sent to the admission office of the college on handed in person along with-

  • Prescribed application fee

  • A photocopy of mark sheet of the qualifying exam attested by a Gazetted Officer

• The application forms with that are incomplete or don't have the required documents will be rejected

• The scrutiny committee will process the applications and select the students based on merit

• For the Pilot Training Program, the candidates will have to go through an aptitude test

• The selected students will be notified along with their reporting dates and they will have to bring the documents mentioned below with them in original certificates:

  • Mark sheet of the qualifying exam

  • Conduct Certificate

  • Transfer Certificate

  • Medical Certificate [as per the DGFA Certificate]

  • Police Clearance or Verification Certificate 6, 10 no.s, of Passport size photographs

  • After the payment of fees and scrutiny of the documents, the candidates will be offered the 'Letter of Admission' and they can report to the Chief Flight Instructor of the Aviation Academy at Mysuru location for joining the program

Application Process for Foreign Nationals:

• The candidates can consult the Indian Embassy or Consulate in their own countries to get a student visa to the student at OFAA

• The candidates will be required to get a security clearance from the Director General of Civil Aviation [DGCA], New Delhi

• It takes about 3 to 6 months approximately for the applications to process

• The candidates will have to pay a non-refundable application fee of 1000 USD

• Once the candidate has obtained their clearance, the application fee will be adjusted in the course fee

• The payment should be done via Demand Draft/ Bank Transfer in the favour of Orient Flight Pvt. Ltd. payable at Chennai
