IMS Business School, Kolkata was established by Dr. Tapash Ranjan Saha in the year 2012 as the second institute under IMS Group with an aim of serving the industry by providing quality education managerial manpower to the industrial sector. The Government helped in achieving the mission of the institute.

The group aims at indulging in research by encouraging research scholar to undertake Ph.D Support and FRPM programs by granting them access to infrastructure and research facilities of the institute. IMS Business School, Kolkata fees can be paid through cheque, Demand Draft, Debit/ Credit card.
