College class starts from 09:15 and finishes till 06:30 and sometimes it gets extended. Every weekend there are classes for an executive course and this is planned in a very rigors way. Probably one will not get any time for the break. Monthly only one break is given.
Since last year they have increased the fees from 3.6 lacs to 5.2 lacs. College doesn't offer any loan facility for this course.
College does not offer any placement to the executive program. the alumni network is very good you can connect through the college campus.
The infrastructure of IIFT is in a very poor stage, nothing seems working at college, the bathroom is not cleaned properly, classrooms are very old fashioned and poor WiFi, computer, sound system, Mike, etc. This is something they need to improve a lot. Since IIFT is govt College so they don't care about complain about this and they keep blaming Admin and govt. Also very poor in accepting student demand.
For executive batch, no such thing is planned. Since only weekend classes are there so societies are not formed.
The entrance process comprises GD and personal interview. Based on the performance in these and your work experience they shortlist the candidate.
This is a course for Executives with experience of at least 3 yrs after Enginnering or 5 yrs after Commerce/Arts background. GD & PI is taken up once scrutiny is done on the basis of your application form. No cut-off. Just answer the straight questions in the application letter.
No facilities are provided for placements in this course. Institute does says it is on its flagship course but lacks the will and commitment to drive it.
Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, [IIFT] Delhi Fee Structure. The course fee is about INR 5.2 Lakh.
